Dear Future Me:

A Movement for Women and Girls

This is more than a project. It’s a collective journey through cycles, rhythms, and vitality — created to empower women and girls with the knowledge and practices we should all be aware of across every life stage.

Why This Movement Exists

For generations, women have entered life’s most important transitions without guidance. From the first cycle to the threshold of midlife, most of us were left to figure it out alone.

We were told to “push through.” We were handed quick fixes, supplements, or diets. But no one showed us how to work with our bodies — with our hormones, our rhythms, and our cellular vitality.

Dear Future Me was born to change that.

The Vision

This movement is about rewriting the script.

  • Where hormonal health is understood, not ignored.

  • Where circadian rhythm becomes a daily anchor, not an afterthought.

  • Where cellular vitality is protected, so we can thrive for decades.

  • Where mothers, daughters, and sisters share wisdom across generations.

We believe every woman deserves access to knowledge, tools, and rituals that make thriving possible — not just surviving.

How the Movement Comes Alive

The Movement is not theory. It’s practice, woven into daily life. You can step into it through:

  • The Podcast — conversations that blend science and story

  • The Private Circle — weekly rituals, seasonal practices, and community support

  • Film & Storytelling Series — cinematic explorations of women’s health and transformation

  • Events & Gatherings — live experiences to learn, connect, and grow together

For Us. For Them. For the Future.

This movement is not just for us. It’s for our daughters and their daughters — so they never have to walk into life’s transitions unprepared.

It’s also for our partners and husbands, who deserve to understand what’s happening and how to support us. When they know what to expect, they can walk beside us with compassion instead of confusion.

When we reclaim rhythm and vitality now, we create ripple effects that reach across families and generations. This is about leaving a legacy of strength, knowledge, and confidence — so the girls (and the boys who will love them) grow up in a world where women’s health is understood and honored.
